The Red Tulip Return and Exchange Policy
At The Red Tulip, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how we can assist:
Returns
• Timeline: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued as store gift cards only – no cash refunds.
• Courier Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us.
Exchanges
• Eligible Items: Exchanges are available if the size is incorrect, provided we have stock.
• Gift Cards: If the desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store gift card with no expiry date.
• Courier Costs: Customers are responsible for courier costs both ways:
• Sending the item to us.
• Receiving the exchanged item.
Important Notes
• No Returns/Exchanges on SALE items.
• All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• Returns/exchanges must meet our eligibility criteria, or they will be returned to the customer at their expense.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. If your return or exchange is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
3. Send items to the following address :

4. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@theredtulip.co.za if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with swing tags attached, and accompanied by a copy of the receipt/order number. To initiate an exchange simply email us at info@theredtulip.co.za
Please Note:
- Exchanges that don't meet our policy will be returned to the customer.
- We don't accept returns/exchanges on sale items.
- You are responsible for return courier costs.
If you placed an order and didn't receive an order number, check your confirmation email (including your junk mailbox). It might have gone to the wrong email address. If you can't find it, contact us at info@theredtulip.co.za to confirm your order.
We don't allow collections from our warehouse.
We use our courier partner for all deliveries.
Yes, we can arrange overnight delivery. Email info@theredtulip.co.za for a quote.
Upon dispatching your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number for online tracking. Follow the instructions in the email. If you need help, contact us at info@theredtulip.co.za, but it might be faster to go directly to the courier company.
Unfortunately, we don't allow returns, exchanges, or credit vouchers on sale items.
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged/defective item. We take pride in quality control. If this happens, email info@theredtulip.co.za with your order number, a picture of the damage and the entire item and we'll take care of it for you.
We use Payflex as our secure payment partner and accept VISA and Mastercard. We also accept instant electronic fund transfers (EFT) directly to our bank account. If paying by EFT, email proof of payment to info@theredtulip.co.za for confirmation and to proceed with delivery.
