The Red Tulip Return, Exchange Policy & Store Credit
At The Red Tulip, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how we can assist:
Returns
• Timeline: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued as store credit only (linked to your email address and automatically applied at checkout).
• Courier Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us.
Exchanges
• Eligible Items: Exchanges are available if the size is incorrect, provided we have stock.
• Gift Cards: If the desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store gift card with no expiry date.
• Courier Costs: Customers are responsible for courier costs both ways:
• Sending the item to us.
• Receiving the exchanged item.
Important Notes
• No Returns/Exchanges on SALE items.
• All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• Returns/exchanges must meet our eligibility criteria, or they will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Store Credit
• How Store Credit Works:
All approved returns are issued as store credit, not a cash or bank refund.• How You Receive It:
Store credit is automatically linked to the email address used when placing the original order. No gift card code is required.• How to Use It:
The store credit will automatically apply at checkout when:
You log in to your customer account or
You use the same email address at checkout as your original order
• No Waiting Period:
Store credit is issued immediately once the return is processed. There is no bank processing time.• Validity:
Store credit does not expire unless stated otherwise.• Important:
If a different email address is used at checkout, the store credit will not apply. Please ensure you use the same email address to access your credit.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact us at info@theredtulip.co.za .
2. If your return or exchange is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
3. Send items to the following address :
3 Seaforth Road, Vincent, East London, 5247.
4. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@theredtulip.co.za if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
